Charles Edward Robbie III
Managing Director of Dreamweaver Holdings Ltd.
I would like to wish you a warm welcome to our cruising department.
My relationship with Starlight Cruises started in 1994 as a freelance coach driver for Mrs Cassie Perioli who was then the official transport operator to Starlight Cruises.
In 1996 while I was the Escorted Tours manager of Thompsons Tours, I took over the contract from Mrs Perioli. I resigned from Thompsons Tours in 2007 and joined Starlight Cruises as their Transport Manager and became a shareholder of the transport division which is managed by Dreamweaver Holdings Ltd t/a Touring South Africa for and on behalf of Starlight Cruises.

I have been in the Tourism Industry for over 30 years and the experience that I have gained during this time, has stood me in good stead with my colleagues.
My Tourism and Hospitality achievements to date include:

Being a registered National Tourist Guide - in German and English
Being a registered Tourist Guide Examiner
Being Hon. Secretary to the National TouristGuide Association (SAARTG)
Being an office bearer to the Kwazulu chapter of SATSA
Being an office bearer to the past marketing authority of KwaZulu (TANK)
Being Hon Secretary to the Natal Tour Operators Association (NATO)
Managing both the Escorted Tours Division and the Kwazulu Touring Division of the largest Tour Operator in South Africa - Thompsons Tours

Courses completed include: Defensive Driving, SA Host, Public Relations and Hotel Management

I am passionate about Tourism and the many thousands of satisfied customers who have over the years enjoyed my hospitality and dedication, can attest to this.
